Community classes
The last Thursday of each month, join us for our Indie Yoga collaboration with The Records Department.
Flow State Frequency is a vibe-led movement experience guided by Jen Wilder and set to a curated indie playlist.
This offering invites you to drop in, move with intention, and reconnect through breath, rhythm, and presence.
Held in the unique space of a record store, where music is not just the backdrop—but part of the practice.
Because everything feels different when movement and music meet.
Join us at Wheelhouse as we continue building a community of intention through mindfulness, movement and intentionally curated lattes. Invitation to experience a gentle, beginner-friendly morning flow designed to help you ground, reset, and move into your day with ease. This ongoing gathering blends yoga, breath work, and meditation with meaningful connection and handcrafted drinks. Come as you are, settle into the rhythm of the morning, and share space with a welcoming community dedicated to slowing down and starting the day with ease. After class, stay to enjoy a signature latte or your drink of choice and connect with others before heading into the day.
Come spend your Sunday morning moving, breathing, and connecting in the cutest outdoor space at your local fav Ortmanns in the Beer Garden.
This 75-minute beginner friendly yoga flow is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and start your day feeling grounded. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this class is for every body and every level.
After we roll up our mats, stay awhile and enjoy a little Sunday hang with your fellow yogis. Your ticket includes a drink of your choice , whether that’s a brew, a bloody, a mimosa, an NA option, or whatever feels right for you.
A little movement. A little community. A little Sunday reset.

vanya-growing and existing in a wild and untamed way
yoga-the interweaving of mind, body, and spirit
Ananda Vanya Yoga-my interpretation-
The delicate depths of fearlessly voyaging the journey of self through yoga, embodying the raw, messy, and absolutely blissful cultivation of yoga. Cultivating your most authentic self through our most innately untamable wild spirits through the process of blending, binding, and braiding the mind, body, and soul.
MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Jen Wilder is a 500 RYT yoga guide, licensed massage therapist, and mindfulness educator with a B.A. in Psychology and a 500-hour trauma-informed RYT certification. Her work is rooted in nervous system awareness, embodied psychology, and trauma-informed care, weaving together yoga, breathwork, and body-based education to support regulation, presence, and reconnection. She is also a continuing education provider for LMTs, offering trainings that bridge science, somatics, lived experience, all rooted in the ancient practice of yoga, rooted in a rich lineage of embodied wisdom.
Beyond her credentials, Jen’s teaching is deeply shaped by how she lives—spending time in nature, being with her dog, reading, and staying close to creativity, movement, and joy in everyday life. She believes that lightness, humor, and play are essential to a life well lived, and that these qualities belong in healing just as much as stillness and depth. Her approach to yoga is less about performance and more about embodiment—an ongoing practice of being fully human, feeling the depth of emotion and experience, and learning to move through it with awareness, curiosity, and compassion.
